United Arab Emirates (AETOSWire) : Global Beam Telecom, a leading satellite communications provider headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, today announced that it has signed a distributor agreement with ORBCOMM (Nasdaq: ORBC), a global provider of Machine-to-Machine (M2M) and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, to deliver ORBCOMM’s broad portfolio of IoT products and services to customers in a variety of industrial markets throughout the United Arab Emirates.

Through this agreement, ORBCOMM and Global Beam will provide asset tracking, monitoring and control solutions targeted for the transportation & distribution, heavy equipment, industrial fixed assets, oil & gas, maritime, mining, and government markets. ORBCOMM and Global Beam will enable customers to increase visibility and security over their fixed and mobile assets and gain operational efficiencies to streamline their business and improve logistics management.
